Preparing for life after Early Intervention

EIP ends at age 3. Many children step confidently into preschool and community life. Others may be referred to the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE). Transition planning starts before the third birthday so families are not surprised by paperwork or new teams.

Bright Milestones helps you understand timelines and share relevant progress information. We do not operate CPSE, SEIT, or school-age programs. Our job is a strong EIP experience now, and a respectful handoff when the time comes.
