How is progress monitored?

Every session is purposeful. Special Instructors work on IFSP outcomes through play and caregiver coaching, then document what happened and what to practice next. Families can review those details in the Bright Milestones parent portal whenever they wish — including after a session at daycare.

The municipality also holds IFSP reviews. We prepare clean documentation so you, your service coordinator, and other team members stay aligned. If a session needs to move, parents request a change in the portal; providers can adjust in real time, with travel-time checks between home visits.
